With the Hazard Analysis Plug-In you can meet your demand, by displaying all possible hazard areas, as both a list and graphical.

You define the distance not being fallen below, according to your production conditions. Objects on top of each other without distance can also be displayed, but are not considered as hazard areas. To avoid these unnecessary items on the list, just filter out distances of 0µ with one check.

You can also remove certain nets or attributes from the analysis to adjust it to your requirements.
